All reservations should be booked at least 30 days before the actual departure date
No cancelation refund once booked
Airfares are not part of the package, therefore the agent should contact directly the airliner to confirm available flight tickets and air fares for the group. KEDEM can provide the ticketing service however the special refund shall not be valid in that case.
Some of the outdoor activities schedule might be modified subject to irregular weather events or other uncontrollable conditions
Itinerary could be extended or modified according to preferences and budget (approved prior to the tour departure)
All group members should own valid travel insurance and provide any special medical info
